ارائه مدل سبک رهبری زنان در پست‌های مدیریتی بخش عمومی با تأکید بر نقش فرهنگ ملی

چکیده

هدف: این اواخر، حضور زنان در رده‌های مدیریت چشمگیرتر شده است که موضوع‌های بسیاری را به‌همراه داشته است. یکی از موضوع‌های بسیار مهمی که در رده‌های مدیریتی به چشم می‌خورد، سبک رهبری زنان است.
روش: در این پژوهش، فلسفه پژوهش فمینیستی، رویکرد پژوهش استقرایی ـ قیاسی، راهبرد پژوهش نظریه داده‌بنیاد و نسخه گلدکل و کرونهلم انتخاب شده و روش گردآوری اطلاعات مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته بوده‌ است. بدین منظور از جامعه پژوهشی که شامل تمامی زنان مدیری بودند که در بخش دولتی در پست‌های مدیر کل به بالا پس از انقلاب مسئولیت بر عهده داشتند، نمونه‌گیری نظری صورت گرفت و از این طریق، با 35 نفر از زنان مصاحبه‌هایی انجام شده است.
یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که مدل سبک رهبری زنان، سبک رهبری مادرانه است که عواملی مانند زمینه‌های فرهنگی، بسترهای حمایتی، موانع ارتباطی و ساختاری در آن تأثیرگذار است و در نهایت به پیامدهای اجتماعی و سازمانی متعددی منجر می‌شود.
نتیجه‌گیری: در جمع‌بندی کلی می‌توان گفت که رهبران زن به‌دلیل نقش‌هایی همچون مادر، زن و دختر دارای هویت اجتماعی می‌شوند که این هویت روی تعریف آنها از خود و محیط اجتماعی که با دیگران در ارتباط هستند، تأثیر می‌گذارد. بنابراین زنان در مدیریت‌کردن و رهبری سازمان‌ها از این ویژگی که هم فرهنگ مردسالار آن را ستایش می‌کند و هم به رسمیت شناخته‌ترین ویژگی زنانه طی تاریخ است، استفاده کنند.

چکیده [English]

Objective: Objective: Women's presence in managerial positions has recently been more remarkable, and this has caused a variety of issues. One important issue that can be observed in managerial positions is women's leadership style.
Methods: In this research the philosophy of research is feminism, the approach is inductive-deductive, the strategy of the research is grounded theory, the Goldkuhl & Cronholm version, and the method is qualitative. The data has been gathered using semi-structured interviews. To do so, using theoretical sampling, 35 women from the population of the study were chosen
Results: Results show that the model of women's leadership style is a motherhood leadership style, and factors such as cultural contexts, supports, and communication and structural obstacles have an impact on it, and thisconsequently leads to a variety of organizational and societal consequences.
Conclusion: In general, it can be said that female leaders are affected by their social roles. Therefore, it is not in vain that women in the management and leadership of the organization who use this feature are praised by the patriarchal culture and the most recognizable feature of women throughout history.
