تحلیل کانونی روابط بین خودکارآمدی و ظرفیت انطباق‌پذیری سازمانی

چکیده

برخورداری از ظرفیت انطباق­پذیری، از عوامل مؤثر بر موفقیت سازمان­های امروزی در پاسخ به تقاضا­های متغیر مشتریان و تحولات محیطی است. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی روابط مجموعۀ خودکار‌آمدی با مجموعۀ ظرفیت انطباق‌پذیری سازمانی است. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیۀ اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه­های شهید چمران، علوم پزشکی و پیام نور اهواز در سال 1394 می‎شود. به‎کمک روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی طبقه­ای نسبی، 313 نفر از جامعۀ آماری برای نمونه انتخاب شدند. روش پژوهش همبستگی از نوع کانونی است. برای گردآوری داده­های پژوهش از پرسشنامۀ استاندارد ظرفیت انطباق‌پذیری سوسمن و استریکمن و پرسشنامۀ خودکار‌آمدی ریگز و نایت استفاده شده است. داده­های پژوهش به روش همبستگی کانونی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج تحلیل نشان داد به‎جز باور­های خودکار‌آمدی فردی، تمام مؤلفه­های خودکار‌آمدی با مجموعۀ مؤلفه­های ظرفیت انطباق­پذیری سازمانی رابطه دارند و خودکار‌آمدی 37 درصد از تغییرات انطباق­‌پذیری سازمانی را تبیین می­کند

چکیده [English]

Having the capacity of adaptability is one of the affecting factors of modern organizations success in response to changing customer demands and environment changes. The aim of this research is to investigate the relationship between self-efficiency and organizational capacity of adaptability. Statistical population of this research, conducted in 2015 in Ahwaz, includes all the faculty members of Shahid Chamran, Medical Science and Payam-e-Noor universities. Using stratified random sampling, 313 samples were selected from the population. The method of the research is canonical correlation. For collecting the data, the standard questionnaires “Susman and Streakman Adaptability Capacity” and “Riggs and Knight Self - efficacy” were used. For analyzing the data of the research, Canonical correlation method was used. The results showed that except the individual self-efficiency beliefs, all the components of self-efficiency are in relation with the organizational capacity and self-efficiency explains 37% of organizational adaptability changes.
