مطالعه تاثیر رسانه‌های اجتماعی آنلاین برشفافیت و اعتماد ‌عمومی با اثر میانجیگیری مشارکت‌ عمومی (مطالعۀ موردی: دانشجویان دانشگاه تهران)

چکیده

بین رسانه‏های مدرن، اینترنت به‌دلیل جاذبه‏های متنوع، جایگاه ویژه‏ای دارد. گسترش سریع فناوری‏های ارتباطی در سراسر جهان این پرسش را مطرح می‏کند که این رسانه‏ها و واسطه‏های ارتباطی چه تأثیری در مشارکت عمومی و تحولات اجتماعی و سیاسی جهان دارد. در این پژوهش اهمیت رسانه‏های اجتماعی آنلاین بر شفافیت و اعتماد عمومی با اثر میانجیگری مشارکت عمومی، به‌طور کاربردی سنجیده می‏شود. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی، از نظر چگونگی گردآوری داده‏ها از نوع پژوهش‌های توصیفی (غیرآزمایشی) و از شاخۀ مطالعات میدانی و از نظر ارتباط بین متغیرهای پژوهش از نوع علّی است. روش اجرای پژوهش نیز  پیمایشی است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش حاضر، دانشجویان دانشگاه تهران را شامل می‏شود که نمونه‏گیری آن به روش طبقه‌بندی است و داده‏ها به‎کمک ابزار پرسشنامه گردآوری شده‎اند و در نرم‌افزار لیزرل 54/8 تجزیه‎وتحلیل می‎شوند. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‏دهد اثر رسانه‏های اجتماعی آنلاین بر مشارکت مدنی و سیاسی و همچنین اثر این دو نوع مشارکت بر شفافیت و اعتماد عمومی معنادار است و تأیید می‏شود.

چکیده [English]

Among modern media the internet has an outstanding position. Quick prevalent of communication technology provide this question that, what Is the role of these communication tools about public participation, social and political change in around the world? In this study we evaluate effect of social media on transparency and public trust with the moderating role of public participation in practical way. Data gathering of this research is descriptive, in term of purpose is practical,Field studies is the type of this study and on how to collect the data requirements is a description of the survey research type.
Research Population consists of Tehran university students where categorized random sampling method has been applied. For data analyzing used LISREL 8.54.the result of this study indicate effect of social media on civil and political participation and also effect of those on transparency and and public trust are meaningful and Be confirmed.
