بررسی اهمیت میانجی مؤلفۀ احساس بی ‏قدرتی در میزان تأثیر ادراک از پاسخ‏ گویی بر رفتار مشارکتی دانشجویان (مطالعۀ موردی: دانشجویان دانشگاه تهران)

چکیده

 این پژوهش رابطۀ بین ادراک از پاسخ‌گویی و مشارکت شهروندی را با در نظر گرفتن متغیر احساس بی‏قدرتی میان دانشجویان دانشگاه تهران بررسی می‌کند. سؤال اصلی این است که دانشجویان تا چه حد متأثر از میزان ادراک خود از ساختار پاسخ‌گویی هستند و بر این اساس رفتارهای مشارکتی خود را تعریف می‌کنند؟ علت اصلی اجرای این پژوهش توجه به این نکته است که احساس پاسخ‌گویی نامناسب از سوی تصمیم‌گیران می‏تواند حس ناتوانی برای تأثیرگذاری بر فرایندها را در دانشجویان ایجاد ‌کند و سبب بی‏انگیزگی آنها در همکاری و مشارکت‌های سازمانی ‌شود. در این راستا تجزیه‎‏‎وتحلیل داده‏ها به‎کمک روش‏های همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون خطی و مدل معادلات ساختاری در نرم‏افزارهای مختص به هریک صورت گرفته است. نتایج نشان می‏دهد ادراک از پاسخ‌گویی با تأثیر بر متغیر احساس بی‏قدرتی بر مشارکت دانشجویان تأثیرگذار است. همچنین ادراک مجرد دانشجویان از ابعاد پاسخ‌گویی اخلاقی، قانونی، دموکراتیک و سیاسی، قابلیت پیش‏بینی میزان احساس بی‏قدرتی و به‌تبع آن میزان مشارکت آنها را به همراه خواهد داشت.

چکیده [English]

This study examines the mediating role of sense of powerlessness on the relationship between the perception of accountability and citizenship participation among the students of university of Tehran. Lack of proper accountability can lead to a sense of powerlessness for students to influencing the processes and cause them no incentive to provide cooperation. Accordingly, accountability variable has been analyzed in general and in the six dimensions, include ethical, legal, democratic, financial, performance and political. In this regard, the analysis of data using Pearson correlation, linear regression and structural equation modeling was done by SPSS and Lisrel software. The results show that the student’s perception of accountability affects their participation by affecting the sense of powerlessness variable. In addition, students perception of accountability of moral, legal, political and democratic, can predict their sense of powerlessness and consequently to predict the level of their participation.
