بررسی تاثیر سرمایۀ اجتماعی بر کارآفرینی سازمانی (مورد مطالعه: شهرداری شهر قدس)

چکیده

کارآفرینی سازمانی به­دلیل تأثیرگذاری بر عملکرد سازمان­ها، به­ویژه شهرداری­ها، با توجه به برخورداری از استقلال در تأمین منابع مالی مورد نیاز برای ادارة امور شهری، از اهمیت ویژه­ای برخوردار است؛ بنابراین، شهرداری­ها نیازمند بهره­گیری از فرصت‌های پیش رو هستند تا منابع مالی لازم را به­دست آورند. از طرفی کارآفرینی، همانند سایر پدیده‌های سازمانی، از عوامل بسیاری تأثیر می­پذیرد؛ بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر در پی تبیین نقش سرمایة اجتماعی در بروز و توسعة کارآفرینی سازمانی در شهرداری شهر قدس است. داده‌های مورد نیاز، از طریق پرسشنامه و از بین 204 نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان سازمان مذکور جمع­آوری شده و نمونه‌گیری به­صورت طبقه­ای صورت گرفته است؛ به­طوری­که در نمونة آماری، 37 نفر از مدیران و 167 نفر از کارشناسان حضور داشتند. برای آزمون فرضیه‌های تحقیق، از ضریب همبستگی و مدل­سازی معادله­های ساختاری استفاده شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که سرمایة اجتماعی و ابعاد سه­گانة آن بر کارآفرینی سازمانی، تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد.

چکیده [English]

Organizational entrepreneurship is the total efforts which directly or indirectly affects the performance of an organization. In municipalities, because of financial independent conditions, organizational entrepreneurship has a high value in order to increase the quality of urban services. Based on the main need of the municipalities to organizational entrepreneurship, this study aims to explore the effect of social capital on organizational entrepreneurship in Ghods Municipality. For this purpose, 204 participants who are the top/ middle/ low managers in the municipality took part in the study. The results clarify that the components of social capital significantly affect the three components of organizational entrepreneurship in Ghods Municipality. Also, some recommendations are given in the end.
