Investigation and prioritization the causes factors of employees’ turnover in the Mobin petrochemical corporation of Southern Pars

In this study we have tried to identify the most important factors in employee turnover; and using deep understanding and then prioritizing of these factors, appropriate recommendations to reduce their negative effects will be presented. The above factors in the two main hypotheses and also five sub-hypotheses has been investigated and analyzed. In this study using descriptive method and also using appropriated statistical tests tests the research hypotheses has been analyzed. Results showed that Lack of job security in the first place, the difference in salary and benefits in the second, the lack of proper promotion in the third place and reduce organizational commitment in the fourth place have been influenced on the employees’ turnover; But the difference in the valuation regarding to the existing system, there is no significant difference in the valuation of the petrochemical industry. Finally, according to the results both theoretical and practical suggestions have been provided.
