This research was conducted to investigation organizational climate role in entrepreneurial R&D in Agricultural Technology management that was implemented as a correlation research by using casual model. Statistical population of the study was consisted of 2768 agricultural research experts in Iran, One out of each six regional groups of Provinces was randomly selected and 320 researchers were randomly selected from theses six provinces based on Cochran’s sampling methodology. Research instrument consisted Likert scale for latent variables measurement. Validity of the questionnaire was analyzed using of Average Variance Extracted (AVE) that is a one method of Discriminant validity. Also Composite reliability coefficients were calculated for the questionnaire's parts. These amounts show that questionnaire has a high ability for data gathering. Structural equation modeling was employed by LISREL 8.8 software package. The results of research shown that among organizational climate factor, Human resource management has a central role in its formulation. Along with Path analysis results shown organizational climate factors have a significant effect in forecasting of Entrepreneurial R&D dimensions in Iranian agricultural research institutes.
