Designing a Model of Measuring Effectiveness and Efficiency of Military High Education Centers



Effectiveness of military is function of training system effectiveness. Notice to training system and knowledge about effectiveness and efficiency is one of the important functions of top military leaders. Goal of this study is achieving a performance appraisal model for measuring effectiveness and efficiency of military university training system. For achieving this goal, we design two main questions and use Delphi method and questionnaire. Results redound to designing a performance appraisal model with 95 performance indices. Also results show that designed indices in accordance to designing model, able to measure effectiveness and efficiency of military training center.
