Presentation of "Formation of Charismatic Leadership in Organization" Model Based on Strategic Planning Management



In new organizational world, managenemt is the most effective factor; and its proper form is in collaboration with leadership. One of the leadership's theories-which is the most effective-is charismatic leadership theory, though hasn't gain proper attention. Generally, charismatic leadership means creating a relationship which involves affecting and being affected without involvement of force or money. This problem is attributed to the systematic thinking framework. This article tries to survey components of charismatic leadership by presentation a practical model which says how charismatic leader emerge. This survey will be conducted from strategic planning pocess point of view. So, we developed a questionnaire to position persons in the process, to measure his or her success to aquire charismatic leadership components, and his/her acceptance as a charismatic leader among employees; which was tested in Bahman Motor Industrial Corporation.
