بررسی تأثیر ابزار مدیریت منابع انسانی بر بهبود عملکرد سازمانی میان کارکنان دانشگاه تهران

چکیده

امروزه سازمان‌ها با استفاده از ابزارهای مدیریت منابع انسانی هم می‌توانند کارکنان را راضی نگه دارند و هم درجهت بهبود عملکرد سازمان، گامی مهم و مؤثر بردارند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر ابزارهای مدیریت منابع انسانی و ابعاد آن بر عملکرد سازمانی است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و توصیفی است و به روش پیمایش با ابزار پرسشنامه انجام شده است. روایی پرسشنامه از سوی خبرگان منابع انسانی دانشگاه تهران تأیید و پایایی آن نیز به‌وسیلۀ ضریب آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شد که برای متغیرهای مستقل و وابسته، بیشتر از 7/0 به­دست آمد. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش، کارکنان دانشگاه تهران شامل کارمندان و مدیران متخصص منابع انسانی هستند که 4000 نفرند. نمونۀ آماری با حجم 384 نفر با فرمول کوکران به‌دست آمد که با توجه به احتمال ریزش پرسشنامه، تعداد بیشتری به روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای بین کارمندان و مدیران دانشگاه تهران توزیع شد و درمجموع، 400 پرسشنامة سالم برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات به­کار گرفته شدند. روش تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات، مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل مسیر و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار لیزرل 88/8 است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد ابزارهای مدیریت منابع انسانی، بر عملکرد سازمانی در دانشگاه تهران تأثیر مثبت و معنادار دارند.

چکیده [English]

The Validity of Survey was approved by human resources experts in University of Tehran and reliability has been calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient in Which the Coefficient of each Dependent and Independent variable Calculated more than 0.7. The Statistical Population of this Research included as Employees of University of Tehran Including staff and Expert Managers, this population is total of 4000, 384 Sample Selected By Cochrane Formula, Finally 400 questionnaires were distributed among Employee and Managers and for Decreasing The rate of Falling Out, more questionnaires Distributed, Finally 400 Survey was used to analyze the data. For Information analysis, structural equation modeling technique used applying path analysis using LISREL 8.88; the results of the analysis showed that the hypothesis of human resource management Practices has significant and positive impact on organizational performance in University of Teran
