بررسی تأثیر شاخص‌های سه‌گانۀ جهانی‎شدن بر ساخت منابع انسانی: مطالعۀ داده‌های پانل دورۀ 2005 تا 2011

چکیده

در مقالۀ حاضر، تأثیر جهانی‎شدن بر اساس شاخص کوف بر شاخص ساخت منابع انسانی (BHR) میان 56 کشور جهان، در بازۀ زمانی 2005 تا 2011 بررسی شده است. در الگوی پژوهش کنونی، شاخص ساخت منابع انسانی متغیر وابسته است و ابعاد سه‌گانۀ جهانی‎شدن (اقتصادی، سیاسی و اجتماعی) متغیرهای مستقل در نظر گرفته شدند. روش پژوهش پیش رو از نوع روش‌های اقتصادسنجی است و از روش تحلیل داده‌های پانل و تحلیل رگرسیون تعمیم‎یافته با روش GLS برای تجزیه‎وتحلیل و آزمون فرضیه‌های پژوهش استفاده شده است. یافته‌های تخمین مدل رگرسیون تعمیم‎یافته برای جامعۀ آماری، نشان می‌دهد ضرایب متغیرهای جهانی‎شدن سیاسی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی در سطح اطمینان کمتر از 05/0 معنادارند. جهانی‎شدن سیاسی با ضریب 0056/0 و اجتماعی با ضریب 0260/0 بر ساخت منابع انسانی به‎صورت مستقیم تأثیر می‎گذارد و تأثیر جهانی‎شدن اقتصادی با ضریب 0062/0- بر ساخت منابع انسانی به‎صورت معکوس است. بنابراین می‌توان گفت جهانی‎شدن در جنبه‌های مختلف آن تأثیر معناداری بر ساخت منابع انسانی در کشورها دارد.

In recent years, the issue of globalization has become the focus of researchers and policymakers. There are some Indicators to measure and evaluate globalization in different countries. The KOF Index is the most famous index which measure three aspects of globalization: economic, political, and social. In this paper, the impact of globalization on the building human resource (BHR) among the 56 countries in the period 2005 to 2011 was reviewed. In the present article's model, the building human resource index plays as the dependent variable and the three dimensions of globalization (economic, political and social) are considered as independent variables. The method of analysis is econometric methods: regression analysis and generalized panel GLS. The analysis was performed using the software STATA version 12. The findings of estimates for the generalized regression model show that the coefficients of the variables global political, economic and social confidence level is less than 5oo significant. The political impact of globalization (its coefficient of 0.0056) and social (quality factor of 0.0260) to build human resources directly impact economic globalization (its coefficient of -0.0062) build human resources to reverse. It can be said that globalization in its various aspects has significant influence on the construction of the country's human resources.
