Journal Article 2021 07 18 <strong>Objective:</strong><em> </em>In the present study, an attempt has been made to compare the governance patterns in relation to the coronavirus in the studied countries. <strong>Methods:</strong> The research method is a comparative study and 31 countries with the highest prevalence of coronavirus have been studied. Secondary data were collected and analyzed from international or regional organizations monitoring coronavirus. <strong>Results:</strong> The research findings show that in the studied countries 1) the death rate and the expansion rate of coronavirus are at the expected level; 2) despite using similar policies in the fight against Corona, the policy implementation tools are different; 3) management and coordination mechanisms are designed under the supervision of the highest executive authority; 4) governance capacity in the fight against Coronavirus is low, but the government stringency is high; and 5 political stability is the only component of governance excellence that affects the rate of corona expansion<strong>.</strong> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Studies on the fight against Coronavirus have been less conducted with a governance approach. The study was able to reveal the similarities and differences between the governing patterns of the fight against Corona in different countries. <strong>هدف:</strong> در پژوهش حاضر تلاش شده است تا الگوهای حاکمیتی در کشورهای مختلف در خصوص ویروس کرونا با یکدیگر مقایسه شود. روش: این پژوهش از نوع مطالعه تطبیقی است. در این پژوهش 31 کشور درگیر ویروس کرونا که دارای بیشترین میزان گسترش بودند، بررسی شدند. داده‌های ثانویه از سازمان‌های بین‌المللی یا منطقه‌ای پایش‌کننده ویروس کرونا گردآوری و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که در کشورهای بررسی‌شده، تعداد فوت‌شدگان و میزان گسترش کرونا در سطح مورد انتظار است، با وجود به‌کارگیری خط‌مشی‌های مشابه در مبارزه با کرونا، ابزارهای اجرای خط‌مشی متفاوت است، سازوکارهای هماهنگی زیر نظر بالاترین مقام اجرایی طراحی شده‌اند، ظرفیت حاکمیتی در مبارزه با کرونا پایین و سخت‌گیری حکومتی بالاست و ثبات سیاسی تنها مؤلفه تعالی حاکمیتی مؤثر بر نرخ گسترش کروناست. نتیجه‌گیری: پژوهش‌های انجام‌شده در زمینه مبارزه با ویروس کرونا کمتر با رویکرد حاکمیتی انجام شده است. این پژوهش توانست با بررسی مقایسه‌ای الگوهای حاکمیتی مبارزه با کرونا در کشورهای مختلف، شباهت‌ها و تفاوت‌های این کشورها را آشکار کند. https://jipa.ut.ac.ir/article_86211_931554cfa671120678a25e8d03411071.pdf
