According to the literature review and the recognition of the research gap, the researchers found it necessary to identify the components and criteria of good governance in the context of mega multi-firm projects in a consortium. The purpose of this study is to grasp the deep-seated influence of governance on mega multi-firm projects in a consortium and an understanding of utility criteria. Using qualitative and exploratory research methods, six upstream consortium of South Pars Project were investigated. Grounded theory was used to analyze the data and find any probable relationships between them. In the first step, the components of the existing governance and its consequences were identified; then, by repeating the interviews with the research community, the components of the good governance consisting of the structure, process, and governance mechanism were introduced. Finally, an optimum governance model was proposed based on the criteria of good governance and observing the interests of all the stakeholders in the project. سیستم حکمرانی در پروژه­های بزرگ‌مقیاس که به‌منظور اجرای آن، شرکت‌های متنوعی با عنوان قرارداد مشارکت حضور پیدا می­کنند، می‌تواند بر عملکرد مشارکت تأثیرگذار باشد. با بررسی ادبیات موضوع در این زمینه و به‎منظور پرکردن شکاف تحقیقاتی، الزام به شناسایی مؤلفه­ها و اصول حکمرانی مطلوب در بستر مشارکت پروژه­های بزرگ­مقیاس مشخص شد. هدف این پژوهش درک عمیق تأثیرگذاری حکمرانی بر پروژه­های بزرگ­مقیاس چندسازمانۀ مشارکت مدنی و اصول مطلوبیت است. به‎کمک روش تحقیق کیفی و اکتشافی، مطالعه‎ای روی شش مورد مشارکت بالادستی پارس جنوبی انجام گرفت و به‌منظور تحلیل داده­ها و یافتن روابط میان آنها، از روش گراندد تئوری استفاده شد. در نخستین گام، مؤلفه­های حکمرانی موجود و پیامدهای آن شناسایی شدند. پس از تکرار مصاحبه با جامعۀ تحقیق، مؤلفه‎های حکمرانی مطلوب متشکل از ساختار، فرایند و سازوکار حکمرانی به‎دست آمد و در انتها، مدل حکمرانی مطلوب بر اساس اصول حکمرانی مطلوب و رعایت منافع تمامی ذی‎نفعان در پروژه طراحی شد. https://jipa.ut.ac.ir/article_65422_24bbd73e305946fd5b07c03af299f765.pdf
