Knowledge Sharing in Sharif University of Technology: Social Capital Approach
The purpose of this research is to predict knowledge sharing through dimensions of social capital. Knowledge sharing occurrence depends directly upon tendency of knowledge holder to sharing as well as knowledge receiver to take it from holders. In other side, social capital is defined as linkage among people and their unifying factors such as trust. In this research, social capital is conceptualized into three dimensions and six elements as following: structural (organizational caring and rewards); agency or cognitive (pro-social behavior and impression management); and relational (competency and open-mindedness). Main question is: Can social capital elements predict and explain variances of knowledge sharing?
This research is conducted on 179 randomly employees from Iranian leading university, Sharif University of technology. Employees are asked to express their attitudes toward questionnaire items in form of self-report. Using Structural equation modeling as an analysis strategy, results showed that tow elements of structural (organizational caring and rewards); one element of relational (competency); and one element of agency (impression management) dimensions have significant impacts on knowledge sharing behavior. Those elements of social capital can predict 27 percent of knowledge sharing variances in Sharif University of technology. Also, Open-mindedness and pro-social behavior have no significant effect on knowledge sharing. Practical and theoretical implications of current research are discussed at the end of report.

Preparing a Model for development of the Transformational leadership in the Universities, concerning the modification of the self –estrangement in business.
(Case: Payam e Nur University)
This research is concerned about the modification of work alienation of personnel at the payam e Nur University. In order to measure the research constructs, this study has used several instruments such as Siman’s model for work alienation, Organizational Culture Assessment Questionnaire (OCAQ), Robbins’s model for organizational structure and Transformational Leadership Inventory (TLI). This study is a descriptive research according to gathered data type. Beside, the research route analysis model test is used for testing hypothesis. Results & findings of research reveals that contrary to current theories, the transformational leadership, in payam e nur university has a positive & significant effect on the work alienation and transformational leaders by organizational structure and culture constructs which play mediator role in this study, can modify work alienation.

Investigating Convergence Effects on Management of Print News Media: Study of Hamshahri Newsrooms
In recent years, various attempts have been made by media managers to achieve a framework to move from conventional newsrooms to convergent newsrooms.So it seems that the recognition of obstacles and barriers faced by newsrooms attaches of great importance. This research is a complete series of these challenges in four categories, including: technological, organizational, cultural and institutional factors.In order to identify these challenges and obstacles with the aid of conceptual content analysis and survey method, of newsroom and various guidline theories related topic of convergence have been analysied and then to identifying challenges and obstacles we do survey in hamshahri print and online newsrooms. The analysis of research results reveals that the most important obstacles of convergence in newsrooms include: The lack of participation culture among newsroom personnel, lack of constructive interaction among print and online newsrooms, the long process of training multi-task and flexible personnel and lack of necessary investments in using new media technologies.

Designing the model of competent organizational culture for customer – based companies
Today, the real customer oriented must be the prevailing aspect of organizational culture and its requisite would be the real transition in the culture of organizations and the basic attention to customer as the most eminent value and the most important organizational commitment. Therefore, the current research has been occomplished in order to explain all relative dimensions and elements of the competent organizational culture in all customer – based companies and produce a kind of suitable model for their performance. For this reason, first of all the research literature was studied comprehensively and then dimensions and elements of competent organizational culture were extracted. Then, all of them were confirmed according to the opinions of the professors and experts. After that , an original conceptual model was presented for accomplishing the relative research to competent organizational culture in customer – based companies according to these dimensions

Competency Model of Iranian Public Administers: Grounded Theory Approach
This study aimed to achieve public administers competency model was designed. Therefore, to achieve a precise model with the scientific method, the Grounded Theory strategy was used. During the study selected 22 Volume of Imam's shire, as one of the richest resources competency model for the design of public administers and research were investigated. First approach based on the Grounded Theory strategy at first, is open coding, 22 volumes Shire Imam were open coding and then through the axial coding of the main Categories and sub-categories, public administers competency model based on Shire Imam were presented. Referred to the experts and professional experts in various scientific fields, while modifiable model above, public administers competency model was designed. Main Categories of the model are "being Islamic ", "people being", "serving", inattention to self-interest "," responsibility", "accountability", and" personal competencies "and the seven sub-category are included in total public administers competency model.

A Linear Programming Model With Robust Approach For Performance Base Budgeting (PBB)
Performance budgeting has been an important theme of public expenditure management for decades. In the 1990s, however, a new wave of enthusiasm for performance budgeting began to sweep through governments. In recent years, however, the level of interest in organizational use of performance-based budgeting re-emerged with more details and support from researchers and practitioners. Performance-based budgeting refers to procedures or mechanisms intended to strengthen links between the funds provided to organization plans and their outcomes or outputs through the use of formal performance information in resource allocation decision making. Reviewing the history of other methods of budgeting showed that mathematical models of budgeting have been used wildly by researches. Regarding to the large number of parameters that are involved in process of performance-based budgeting, qualitative and subjective models could not lead to an optimum decision for budget. The purpose of this paper is to find a mathematical model for performance-based budgeting that could maintain the optimality and feasibility of allocation in uncertain condition of budgeting. The important factors that cause uncertainty are estimated values for cost derivers and future costs. We used robust optimization to develop performance-based budgeting mathematical models. Finally, presented models have been used in an Iranian bank for budgeting. The result showed that using robust models of performance based budgeting could improve the indicator of budget deviation in this organization.

Investigation on senior leader’s perception of transformational leadership style, case study (south unit of Azad universities)
The purpose of this study is to investigate leadership behavior style that will result to success organizational improvement and effective management through implementing strategic initiatives in leadership behavior. There are few leadership studies in Iranian Private higher education institutions which examined transformational leadership behavior.
Data for study were collected using the Malcom Baldrige and Efqm leadership questionnaires. Based on models leadership is one of the critical success factor for successful implementation of Total quality management and sustaining continuous improvement not only on profit making organizations, but also in non profit service organizations such as universities. The result of this study shows that university is lagging behind in two dimensions of transformational leadership named sharing information with member of faculties and asking what they think.

Designing the model of Factors Affecting Business Process Reengineering Acceptance in Government Organizations: the Case of Isfahan Jahad Agriculture Organization
Business process reengineering (BPR) –the key mechanism for fundamental redesign in processes has a critical role in productivity improvement. But it needs some enablers in initiation phase including human resources acceptance. There are two behavioral theories containing factors for acceptance promotion: Innovation Diffusion and Technology Acceptance Model. In this research we have used these theories combined with BPR construct to develop a model named Business Process Reengineering Acceptance Model. By gathering survey data, this model has been tested in Isfahan Jahad Agriculture Organization. The results show that systematic factors have more effect on BPR acceptance by the employees and managers. This effect is moderated by ease of BPR execution, ease of BPR requirements providing and BPR usefulness.

Survey on Relation between Social Capital and Organizational Readiness to establish Knowledge Management (Case of Steel Company)
At the threshold of new millennium, the period of application of traditional methods of management is terminating, and new horizon in the form of knowledge based organizations, and knowledge management (KM) are coming to the world of organization and management.The first attempts regarding application of KM, in most of the organizations are facing a fundamental challenge: despite of investing on KM, its influence on applications is too slow. The main reason of this problem is related to the low capacity of organizations regarding their readiness in acceptance and making use of KM. Therefore, having an accurate understanding of readiness for correct directions in initial attempts and formulation of appropriate strategies is essential. There are many factors influencing the success of establishment of KM; one of them is social capital. For that reason, in this article we are trying to make use of social capital which has impact on better knowledge sharing, storage of knowledge, relationship based on trust and cooperation, cooperative climate, better training, increased activities related to organizational consistency and common understanding.Research method is descriptive and correlation type. The population of the research includes all managers and experts of the company under study. The results of the research are showing that, in this company, there is a positive and meaningful relation between Social Capital and Organizational Readiness to establish Knowledge Management. In other words, by increasing social capital in the company, the readiness of the company to establish Knowledge Management will be increased on such dimensions as, organizational culture, organizational structure, organizational infrastructure, the change content and supporting change.

Development Administration Pattern
By Islamic Values:
Investigation of Ayatollah Khomeini's Viewpoints
Since every society requires a unique pattern based upon its dominant values for multi dimensional development and, ayatollah, Khomeini as the great founder of a holy Islamic community has realized the first practical experience of development administration thru Islamic values, a survey has been carried out about ayatollah Khomeini's viewpoints on development administration with respect to his 22 volume book collection which the present article is derived from the scientific-applied results of the survey. In this article first with an introduction on the issue, we had described its significance, research goals، research methodology and territory and essential topics of the survey، and then we had an overall glance on scientific literature of development administration، and in the main section of the article, survey findings، which is designed in a scientific-applied structure is being discussed in detail.
First the concept of development association of religion and development, hypotheses of development public administration roles in development، management development dimensions، development planning, and development functions priorities from ayatollah Khomeini's viewpoints is described and then management of cultural, economic and political development from Ayatollah Khomeini's viewpoints is being analyzed separately.
