Considering the expansion of the function of transformative technologies in businesses and the growth of knowledge measures, designing a structural model of digital transformation in the human resource management systems of knowledge-based companies plays a great role in their excellence and sophistication. In terms of purpose, this study is an applied-developmental research and it was carried out with a cross-sectional survey approach. Methods: In order to identify the underlying issues of smart human resources architecture based on digital transformation, we have used the theme analysis method and MaxQDA software, and to provide a structural approach, we have used the structural-interpretive method and MicMac software. Results: By analyzing the content of the expert panel interview, which includes seventeen academic elites, human resource managers and digital transformation managers in knowledge-based companies, 245 codes were identified in the open coding stage. Finally, through axial coding, three comprehensive categories, eight organizing categories and sixty-two basic themes were identified, which in comprehensive categories, was categorized in the form of managerial factors, process factors and human resources factors. Conclusion: Based on the analysis, it can be stated that the strategies of organizational architecture, human resource management, core technology, employee participation, and human resource architecture have the greatest power of influence on structural model design and they have great influence on knowledge management and organizational learning. Making the human resources smart can be achieved by paying attention to these two factors.}, keywords = {Human Resource Architecture,Smart human resources,Digital Transformation,Knowledge-based Companies}, title_fa = {معماری منابع انسانی هوشمند: رویکردی ساختاری بر تحول دیجیتال شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان}, abstract_fa = {چکیده هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، معماری منابع انسانی هوشمند با رویکرد تحول دیجیتال است. با توجه به گسترش کارکردهای فناوری‌های تحول‌آفرین در کسب‌وکارها و رشد اقدام‌های دانشی، ضرورت طراحی یک مدل ساختاری برای موضوع تحول دیجیتال در سیستم‌های مدیریت منابع انسانی شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان، در تعالی و زبدگی آنها نقش بسزایی ایفا می‌کند. روش: این مطالعه از نظر هدف، کاربردی ـ توسعه‌ای است و با رویکرد پیمایش مقطعی اجرا شده است. برای شناسایی مقوله‌های زیربنایی معماری منابع انسانی هوشمند مبتنی بر تحول دیجیتال، از روش تحلیل مضمون و نرم‌ا‌فزار مکس‌کیودا و برای ارائه رویکرد ساختاری، از روش ساختاری ـ تفسیری و نرم‌افزار میک‌مک استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها: پس از تحلیل مضمون متن مصاحبه با 17 خبره از نخبگان دانشگاهی، مدیران منابع انسانی و مدیران تحول دیجیتال در شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان، کدگذاری باز انجام گرفت و ۲۴۵ کد شناسایی شد. در نهایت از طریق کدگذاری محوری، ۳ مقوله فراگیر، ۸ مقوله سازمان‌دهنده و ۶۲ مضمون پایه مشخص شد که مقوله‌های فراگیر در قالب عوامل مدیریتی، عوامل فرایندی و عوامل منابع انسانی دسته‌بندی شدند. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس تحلیل‌های انجام‌شده، می‌توان گفت که راهبردهای معماری سازمانی، مدیریت منابع انسانی، فناوری‌محوری، مشارکت کارکنان و معماری منابع انسانی، بیشترین قدرت نفوذ در طراحی مدل ساختاری و همچنین، بیشترین قدرت اثرگذاری بر مدیریت دانش و یادگیری سازمانی را دارند و هوشمندسازی منابع انسانی از طریق توجه به این دو عامل قابل احصا است.}, keywords_fa = {معماری منابع انسانی,منابع انسانی هوشمند,تحول دیجیتال,شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان}, url = {https://jipa.ut.ac.ir/article_88922.html}, eprint = {https://jipa.ut.ac.ir/article_88922_4ea3469ef8194d58d06599efb1b235d9.pdf} }
