While the majority of solutions are focused on the consequences and post-control, the new approaches emphasize the designing of pre-control and controlling systems and laws that are known as structural capital. This research studies the effect of structural capital on reducing corruption with the mediating role of individual motivations in governmental departments of Kerman province in Iran. Methods: The present descriptive-exploratory research is applied in terms of purpose and is based on the deductive research and positivism paradigm in term of philosophy. The statistical population of the study was 1817 employees of   different governmental departments of Kerman province. Based on the Morgan table, a sample of 317 employees was selected based on stratified random sampling. In order to measure the variables of the research, Bechini’s structural capitalization questionnaire (2015), Afzali’s corruption (2011) and the individual motivations of Khotbe Sara's companion (2004) have been used. The reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha and for data analysis, structural equation modeling and PLS software were used. Results: Findings of the research show that structural capital has a significantly positive effect on reducing corruption and personal incentives in committing corruption. Conclusion: The results showed that structural capital affects both directly and also through individual motivations on the reduction of administrative corruption in governmental agencies.}, keywords = {Individual motivations,Structural Capital,Administrative corruption,corruption,government agencies}, title_fa = {اثر سرمایه ساختاری بر کاهش فساد اداری با نقش میانجی انگیزه‌های فردی ارتکاب فساد (مطالعه موردی: سازمان‌های دولتی استان کرمان)}, abstract_fa = {هدف: مبارزه با فساد اداری و کاهش آن، دغدغه همیشگی حکمرانان بوده که برای دستیابی به این هدف از ابزارهای مختلفی بهره گرفته شده است. با اینکه اغلب راه حل‌ها بر مبارزه با معلول و کنترل پس‌نگر متمرکزند، رویکردهای نوین بر طراحی سیستم‌ها، قوانین و مقررات پیش‌نگر که به سرمایه ساختاری معروف‎اند، تأکید می‌کنند. این پژوهش به بررسی تأثیر سرمایه ساختاری بر کاهش فساد اداری با نقش میانجی انگیزه‌های فردی در اداره‌های دولتی استان کرمان می‌پردازد. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، پژوهشی کاربردی است که در زمره پژوهش‌های توصیفی پیمایشی قرار می‌گیرد، از نظر فلسفه پژوهشی قیاسی است که بر مبنای پارادایم اثبات‌گرایی انجام شده و از نظر شاخص زمانی از پژوهش‌های مقطعی به‎شمار می‌آید. متغیرهای پژوهش به‎کمک پرسشنامه‎های سرمایه ساختاری بچینی (2015)، فساد اداری افضلی (1390) و انگیزه‌های فردی همدمی خطبه‎سرا (1383) سنجیده شده و برای تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار PLS استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش 1817 نفر از کارکنان ستادی اداره‌های کل استان کرمان است که بر اساس جدول مورگان از میان آنها نمونه‌ای به حجم 317 نفر به روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شد. یافته‎ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد سرمایه ساختاری بر کاهش فساد اداری و انگیزه‌های فردی ارتکاب فساد، تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. نتیجه‎گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان‌ می‎دهد که سرمایه ساختاری هم به‌صورت مستقیم و هم از طریق انگیزه‌های فردی بر کاهش فساد اداری در دستگاه‌های دولتی تأثیر می‌گذارد.}, keywords_fa = {Individual motivations,Structural Capital,Administrative corruption,corruption,government agencies}, url = {https://jipa.ut.ac.ir/article_68447.html}, eprint = {https://jipa.ut.ac.ir/article_68447_5a1eb2a7412304b392c65250a79dd4da.pdf} }
