Good governance is a fresh subjects regarded by authors and world scientific and international societies during two recent decades. Researches describe and define good governance through various approaches (process, liberalism, and socialism), dimensions (political, economic and social) and goals (economic development, political development and human sustainable development). But extensiveness, complexity and interdisciplinary identity of governance subject involves studying it through a macro and systematic view point. Instead of presenting various menus of characteristics of good governance, there fore, we should design models to describe different aspects of this "multi–face" phenomenon. Since governance is interdisciplinary subject and relates to whole living aspects of human instance, politic, economic, social science and so on, this paper aims to ask this question :"what is goodness and what is relate its with governance?", strives by using the studies of moral philosophy, explains above concept and relate its with governance. This paper along with passing the literature and description the various points of view about good governance characteristics, analysis goodness property from variety perspective and on the basis of moral philosopher points of view and using from the moderate intuitionism school, Provides a fundamental for designing models of good Governance.

One of the best ways to encountering administrative corruption is identifying the factors of its emersion, prevalence and control. This paper aims to determine and prioritize those mentioned factors in educational system. Research results showed that economic conditions of educational personnel have most important impact on tendency to commit corruption. Also, administrative and managerial mechanisms have critical role in controlling this unlucky phenomena in educational systems.

In new organizational world, managenemt is the most effective factor; and its proper form is in collaboration with leadership. One of the leadership's theories-which is the most effective-is charismatic leadership theory, though hasn't gain proper attention. Generally, charismatic leadership means creating a relationship which involves affecting and being affected without involvement of force or money. This problem is attributed to the systematic thinking framework. This article tries to survey components of charismatic leadership by presentation a practical model which says how charismatic leader emerge. This survey will be conducted from strategic planning pocess point of view. So, we developed a questionnaire to position persons in the process, to measure his or her success to aquire charismatic leadership components, and his/her acceptance as a charismatic leader among employees; which was tested in Bahman Motor Industrial Corporation.

Evaluating the role of organization and management in appearing deviant workplace behaviors which expose organizational norms to variation and cause a threat for the well-being of the organization and its members is an important subject. The relevant researches have categorized these behaviors to various kinds such as individual and organizational deviance, constructive and destructive deviance, and production, property and political deviance and personal aggression. In addition, in many researches, the relevant factors to these behaviors have been evaluated (An other article regarding deviant behaviors has previously been published by above mention researches). For example, individual factors, group factors, leadership, managerial and organizational factors, etc. and in this research, managerial and organizational factors have been focused.
In this respect, a sample 40-person population has been chosen and their opinions about three organizational factors have been appraised. In this regard, cultural weakness, unfair rules and improper structure of compensation and reward have been stated as major factors in tendency toward deviant behaviors.

In democratic governments, major basis of political power is people intention, and government is manifestation of national intention, and it's legitimacy is caused of public intention and will. In democratic governments, is applied political power through active political participation, that base on various political institutions of society is setting by public opinion and under people supervision applying political power and consistency of legitimacy in applying political power depend on acquisition of public satisfaction. In this article is discused to investigation of Imam Khomeini discourse with use of method of Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA). The results of the research exhibit that Imam Khomeini discourse is pluralism, which that is Reproduce rule base and citizenship law.

Performance appraisal systems are affected by organizational social context. Social context consists of tow Factors, Distal Variables, and, Proximal Variables. Distal factors include but are not limited to organizational culture, organizational structure, and, values. Proximal variable categorize as both process factors and structural factors. In this paper the process factors were examined. The result demonstrates there is a significant difference between current and favored (expected) condition of process variables. Furthermore, the relation between appraisal system and supervisor & subordinate relationship accepted in confidence level of 99 percent. And also there is a significant relation between appraisal system and Leadership. However, no significant relation found between Performance appraisal systems and employees commitment, and group cohesion too. Generally, there is a meaningful relation between (process) social contexts of organization, including supervisor and subordinate relationship and leadership with Performance appraisal systems. These results are also in line with other studies.

Effectiveness of military is function of training system effectiveness. Notice to training system and knowledge about effectiveness and efficiency is one of the important functions of top military leaders. Goal of this study is achieving a performance appraisal model for measuring effectiveness and efficiency of military university training system. For achieving this goal, we design two main questions and use Delphi method and questionnaire. Results redound to designing a performance appraisal model with 95 performance indices. Also results show that designed indices in accordance to designing model, able to measure effectiveness and efficiency of military training center.

Because of the multi-dimensional nature of technology and new phenomenon of communication technologies that based on technique, knowledge, action, tools and process which can affect news industrial the purpose of this paper is to investigate the relation ship between five dimensions of technology and competitive advantage of IRNA. The research is based on a survey of 40 indicators through the Questionnaires and use of Friedman test, one-sample sign test, couple comparison test and structural equation approach to validate the conceptual mode land testing hypostasis. The results demonstrate that the status of constituents of technology’s dimensions is not satisfactory. Results show that competitive advantage in the current situation relies on the technology as a system which depends on technique and equipment (Tools). Whereas, the research results indicate that the desirable competitive advantage should depend on technology as knowledge and technology as process. The research shows IRNA need to reforming in It strategy and developing function of five demotion of There technology. In the end paper recommended some suggestions for IRNA to satisfaction multi-dimensional nature of technology.
